How will Registration Happen?

	The Customer will join to the company by purchasing the package of 25/50 BVs Product.
	The Customer will get Product for use and E-pins for doing web registrations.
	After Successful registration, new Customer will get authorized User Name and Password to track his Business.
	Spill logic: Extreme Left and Extreme Right.

Direct Sales Commission

	The Customer will get Direct sales commission based on the no. of directs that he/she has brought.
	The Customer will get Taka 500 for MK-052, MK-082 & Taka 3000 for MK-8001 per direct that he/she has brought.

Matching Step Commission

	This commission is only based on the BV’s associated with the product package.
	For getting the Binary Income the Customer has to bring two directs compulsory (compulsory 1 left and 1 right).
	Ratio required to form a Step (Pair) is 50:50 BV’s in left and right side respectively.
	A Step (Pair) value will be TK 700.
	Customer will start their work at Key Club and when Customer will achieve “Prime Executive” rank then he/she will qualify to open new club call “Prime Club” by introducing two new direct sales.
	There will be separate calculation for “Key Club counts” and “Prime Club counts”.
	Capping is of 60 Steps (Pair) per week. After capping, all the BV’s will be flushed. And If any Customer achieves a capping then he/she gets 1 Star i.e. 1 Capping = 1 Star. by The total no. of Stars earned the Customer should be shown whenever he/she logins in the member module.
	There will be separate capping for “Key Club” and “Prime Club”. (Each 60 steps) that mean every Customer will earn max 60 Steps (Pair) from Key Club and 60 Steps (Pair) from Prime Club = Total 120 Steps (Pair) in a week from one center.
	Example :


Suppose ‘U’ has A and C on his left side and B and E on his right side. Customer ‘U’ has 50 BV’s on his left side and 50 BV’s on his right side. Therefore, ‘U’ will get TK 700 for Matching Bonus & TK 2, 000 as Direct Sales Income as he has satisfied the condition of minimum two directs and ratio of 50:50 BV’s for the Step (Pair) formation.

Prime, Silver, Manager & Ruby Manager Monthly Club Income:

Prime Executive Club
	For Getting “PrimeExecutioveClub” bonus the customer must qualified for “PrimeExecutive” rank within 60 days from DOJ.
	For 50 BVs Product “PrimeExecutiveClub” reserve money is Tk: 200, and for 25 BVs reserve money is Tk: 100.
	Suppose if company monthly total sales is: (*5000200 = Tk: 10,00,000) that mean Tk: 10,00,000 will be distributed Among all the PrimeExecutive** but for getting “PrimeExecutiveClub” bonus customer must achieved 04 Matching Steps within that payout time.
	The member will get the income in the next payout of qualification.
	This will be calculated monthly.

Silver Executive Club
	For Getting “SilverExecutioveClub” bonus the customer must qualified for “SilverExecutive” rank no time limit
	For 50 BVs Product “SilverExecutiveClub” reserve money is Tk: 400, and for 25 BVs reserve money is Tk: 200.
	Suppose if company monthly total sales is: (5000400 = Tk: 20,00,000) that mean Tk: 20,00,000 will be distributed Among all the SilverExecutive* but for getting “SilverExecutiveClub” bonus customer must achieved 10 Matching Steps within that payout time
	The member will get the income in the next payout of qualification.
	This will be calculated monthly.

Manager / Ruby Manager Club
	For Getting “Manager/RubyManagerClub” bonus the customer must qualified for “Manager” rank no time limit.
	For 50 BVs Product “ManagerClub” reserve money is Tk: 100, and for 25 BVs reserve money is Tk: 50.
	Suppose if company monthly total sales is: (5000100 = Tk: 5,00,000) that mean Tk: 5,00,000 will be distributed Among all the Manager but for getting “ManagerClub” bonus customer must achieved “01 Star*” Matching Steps within that payout time
	The member will get the income in the next payout of qualification.
	This will be calculated monthly.

Payout Cycle

	Binary and Direct Income will be calculated on weekly basis (auto).
	The PrimeExecutive, Silver, Manager & Ruby Manager Club Bonus Income will calculate every 4th binary of every month (auto with binary).
	Simulation will be applicable to Distributors, if needed.
